We're planning on visiting the relatives late July/August this summer.  St.
Johnsville, NY is the exact very small town, but it's between
Albany/Schenectady and Utica, close to Fonda, Johnstown, Glenville, NY -
upstate New York at the foothills of the Adirondack mountains.  I seem to
remember there was a summary on Utica at one time but that's a little far.
Any restaurants that will do simple gluten free, or even the bigger chains
in this area would be welcome information.  Otherwise LOL I am doomed to
cooking every night as the relatives are very elderly.  Thanks so much,
