Howdy!

This is my first time writing to the list (Hi Mom!), so here goes nothing. I
am a 21 year old with self-diagnosed CD. This has been a fairly recent
finding, discovered around last Thanksgiving. During my last college
semester, I managed to eliminate all the major no-no's from my diet, and my
health has improved greatly. I recently decided it was time to get serious
about my GF lifestyle, but am floundering. I just moved to Houston and
could use info about good doctors, a nutritionist, support group, anything
and everything. If you have any good advice or info, pleasepleaseplease
don't hesitate to email me. I am an awful cook, and there is a good chance
I will starve to death soon. ;) Thanks in advance for all your help!! God
Bless and Gig'Em.

Yours 'til the kitchen sinks,
-Krista
