Regarding a posting from [log in to unmask]:
DO NOT EAT.
Matzah is made as a whole piece, using a specific recipe.
Tiny chunks of matzah are called matzah farfel or fahfal.
Ground up matzah is matzah meal.
Ground up even further it's cake meal.
They all start out as wheat and water. Avoid them all!

This is exactly the thing that makes me worried when non-informed celiac
colleagues push Passover products with glee. The advantage of Passover
products is that labels are clearer, not that they are all gf. But you have to
know what to look for. Please, be careful, dear celiac-friends. Linda
