Hi everybody,

I have just read a post regarding Yakult, and my own research has revealed
that Yakult in Australia has no detectable gluten, however the source of
glucose is from wheat starch in which the detectable level is below 0.0003%.
So whilst not strictly 100% GF, the level are extremely low.

My question is: Is a level as low as this acceptable?

I would be interested in others opinions on this matter as 99.9997% is
mightily close to 100%, although not quite there!

Regards
