In response to this statement by a dietitian in an earlier post...is there
any truth to this statement and if so why is it true?? I hear people giving
this kind of advice in a somewhat differant format- like you should have a
little bit of gluten once in a while or you will become too sensitive!!!. I
know this has come up before  on the list- but I think this kind of
thinking is wrong, dangerous and I hear this from people giving advice to
"celiacs" at health food stores in my town and area   Donna in PA
