Bob Levy of Baltimore arranged another great gluten free restaurant
dinner last night. Those of you in other parts of the country may
want to look into doing the same thing. It is a lot of fun. Bob
arranges with a restaurant to prepare a gluten free buffet, and we
have a wonderful time. WeI've had dinners at an Italian and a
Chinese restaurant. It has been great to have things you've missed
-- wonton soup, great pasta dishes, dumplings, etc.-- and it is a
great education and possibly marketing tool for the restaurants.
We're talking about trying an Indian restaurant next time.
