The replies to my Ramapo Valley Beer broke down this way:

About 57% liked it.
About 24% disliked it
About 18% thought it was OK or "drinkable
About 30% mentioned the sweetness, and about half of them thought it was
too sweet.
A couple of people mentioned that it was not too sweet.

The characterizations of the beer ranged all the way from "Tastes like
soda" to "Tastes like a brew pub handcrafted beer"

There were some specific complaints:

Leakage from the bottles (2)
Poor packaging (1)
Beer doesn't keep very well (2)

From reading the responses two things become apparent. This is a small
operation and one ought not to expect the
same standards of bottling and shipping that would be normal for a
large brewery. I suspect that there are variations in
taste and quality between one batch and another. One respondent bought
two cases and considered them to be
different formulations.
