Hi,

My 16 month old son reacts when he eats wheat.

(He's not celiac and he's not been allergy-tested).

In the recent So Good posts, I learned that maltodextrin can be (is
always?) GF.

My question is: is maltodextrin safe for those with wheat allergies?

The recent post on So Good said that the protein and gluten were gone,

just the carbohydrate was left.

Thanks,

Brian
