Thanks for all the responses relating to Cabot's cottage cheese.  The
consensus is that is comes from Cabot, Vermont.  The phone no. is 1 800
639-3198.  It isn't sold here in northern California, but apparently some of
the cheeses are.  One wonderful person suggested Horizon cottage cheese ,
which is not only gluten free, but is organic as well. They make organic milk
as well as other products. (again, I have no interest in this company).  I
called them to direct me to the nearest store selling their products and they
were very helpful .  Their number is:  1 888 494-3020 or
