There is an article on the diet restrictions of celiac disease in today's
(Monday's) Cleveland (Ohio) Plain Dealer in the Health and Fitness section.
 I've not had time to read it thoroughly, but it looks fairly accurate.
One of my co-workers noticed it and brought it to my attention.
