I am currently awaiting the results of my biopsy, and I was just
recently recived a job offer. If I am diagnosed as having celiac
disease and I accept the job I will be starting the new job and the
gluten free diet at about the same time. I am wondering if this might
be too much transition at one time. I would be interested in hearing
from others about what the transition to the gluten free diet was
like. Did it take a lot of time and energy to make the change? Do you
think that you could have started a gluten free diet and a new job at
the same time?

I should say that my livelihood does not depend on accepting this job.
