Here is a summary of the responses regarding GF Dining in Chattanooga, TN:

"Big River, Easy Seafood and Blue Water are downtown places that can all accomodate a gluten free diner safely. Do NOT confuse Blue Water with Blue Plate - the latter being the WORST place to eat. Also, most of the usual chains with gf menus are in Chatt. too.

"Unfortunately Great Harvest bakery stopped baking gluten free items about a month ago. I use to have my French bread shipped to Atlanta from them. The owner never called me back to explain the change. I now have to order from NYC to get French bread."

"There is also a health food store called Green Life Grocery (not too far from down town) that has some GF food."

I found this bakery on-line
