Hello,
I recently came across a listing in Time Out New York about a new bakery that
has dedicated their entire shop to dairy- and gluten-free treats using
alternative flours and organic ingredients. Cookies, cakes, mini pies, etc. Yummmm!!!
The bakery is called "Happy Happy Happy" and is located at 157 Allen Street
between Stanton and Rivington, on Manhattan's Lower East Side. Phone (212)

They also have a website with hours and directions, and they will be taking
