Has any one else had a problem with PF Changs Gluten Free Lettuce Wraps?

The last 3 out of 5 times I have gotten Gluten Free Lettuce Wraps from the 
Boston PF Changs, I have been sick for 3 weeks (typical for me).
I know that there were no mistakes in giving me an incorrect order (as in 
non-Gluten Free Lettuce Wraps) because I know that the Gluten Free orders 
are lighter in color than the Gluten type. I always ask to see the order 
before it is put in the bag for take out.

I called and spoke with the kitchen manager to tell them that they may 
have a problem with cross contamination. He apologized and said he would 
let the head chef know.

I was curious if any one else has had a similar experience with Boston or 
any other PF Changs location.
