Hi. I was just diagnosed with Celiac Friday, June 4, 2004, so I am new to
everything. I have been on the GF diet for a month, and was feeling better
in a wook's time. But there are some "hidden" things in what I am eating
that "might" be bothering me. Question: What about Annatto and turmeric?
Also, would the Kroger Grill Spray bother me? Ingredients: Canola Oil,
Phosphated Mono-&Diglycerides, and Propellant. I tried a Kroger dietician
number (800-576-4377), but no one would answer. Does anyone have trouble
using Pam or any cooking sprays? Thanks, Diane
