Given the recent study, posted on this forum in post#079126,"Study: Gluten Contamination of Grains, etc. . . ."
http://listserv.icors.org/SCRIPTS/WA-ICORS.EXE?A2=CELIAC;47aeef8f.1006A and responses I've received on my post about soy being added to Betty Crocker's GF Devil's Food Cake, and my own reactions to soy-containing products, I'm wondering whether the reactions some of us experience to soy are a separate intolerance, as we've believed ,or x-contamination from gluten. If people who DO experience such reactions would like to reply with information as to whether their soy reactions resemble their gluten reactions or not and whether they consider themselves a very sensitive celiac or not, and any other information that's pertinent, I'll compile them and post a summary. mary b
