An earlier post was a great reminder of the variation in foods that
potatoes can add to our diet.

PLEASE NOTE:

 "Potato Skins" as served in MOST restaurants, are first "DEEP FRIED"
(of course in the ever dangerous deep fryer with all the breaded foods)
for crispness; and, then stuffed and broiled.
