Maureen will be demonstrating how to make gluten free bread, english
muffins, cookies, pie crust, graham crackers, etc.

In the Dietary Kitchen on the first floor (same place as last year)
DIRECTIONS:
From 40, take Church St. exit South towards Baptist Hospital. Follow
Elliston Place to 25th Ave., turn right, go 2 to 3 blocks along north end of
Centennial Park, turn right on Patterson, 2410 and parking will be on your
left.
From 440, take West End past Centennial park to Elliston Place. Take an
immediate left on 25th Ave., go 2 to 3 blocks along north end of Centennial
Park, turn right on Patterson, 2410 and parking will be on your left.
