Thank you all for your response regarding the supplement
Ensure and Ensure Plus to take along on my ten day
Kayak/Camping trip.

The consensus is, that all Ensure products regardless of
flavor are GF, as several people have verified with the
manufacturer.

I also received recommendations to try the supplement
"Boost" because the taste may be less medicinal and the
product "Sustacal" and "Nu-Basics" bars by Nestle (formerly
Clintec). They are allegedly all gluten free

I received a good tip for gluten-free MREs. (Meals Ready to
Eat)

The company is MY OWN MEALS, inc.(847)948-1118, it sells
kosher MREs to the US Army and also sells them to civilians.
A number of their products are gluten-free, do not require
refrigeration and have extended shelf-life in Camper's Pack
foil pouches.
A list of the Nutritional-values Ingredients and Price is
available from the company.
