Feeling a bit down and out about staying "Gluten Free & Safe" for the Holidays?

It's not unusual for many folks to get the Holiday blues …
but those of us who can no longer indulge in all the gluten-filled traditional holiday goodies often get the deepest blues of all.

But we say: this is the Season to focus on togetherness with friends and families -- not on fretting about food issues!

Let us help you with advance positive strategies to get you safely through the holidays -- and still enjoy fellowship and harmony with the ones you love!

	• Ways to gracefully cope with family, friends, parties and holiday eating, while maintaining a Gluten Free diet
	• Plus we plan a sharing experience!
	• Tell us what all of you are facing as the holidays approach
	• Discussion about sucesses and disasters from the past -- to help everyone!
	• We are all always learning, even those of us who have been at this for a long time

This is the time of year we all really need to have each others' backs -- and, seriously: "The more the merrier!"
We hope to see you there!
