Hi all,

I wanted to know if it is possible to substitute GF flour for regular
flour in recipes. For example if a recipe called for 1 cup of flour
then could I use 1 cup of gluten free flour? Would there be anything I
would have to expect? If this is not feasible then does anybody
know if there are any guidelines for this type of substitution? I would
appreciate this help a lot. Thanks in advance :-)
