Dear Listmates,
I was on a "mission" to find alternate protein (gf) for my daughter as
she is off dairy for a few weeks... was in super store and found Baltic
tea sausage & Fine Mettwurst Sausage both with Red labels proclaiming
Gluten Free.... then I noticed  some regualr link sausages also Gluten
free...was amazed!
Probably not the healthiest thing as there is salt/sodium erythorbate,
sodium nitrate..... and fat... this sausage is more like a Pate..
Works well on GF crackers...
This company is in Calgary AB Canada..
Anyone else come across these products???
