As many celiacs are deficient in iron and zinc at diagnosis, I realized that
you might enjoy an article I have been working on for several years.  I call
it "The Penny Sniff Test" and describe many symptoms of low metals and also
of their interactions.  It's fun to play with anyway, preferably in a group.
