Thank you everyone for your responses. It looks like there will be quite a few options. Thank you!
Here is what I learned:

General Info:

Check out the Healthy Villi's website (healthyvilli.org) for a list of great restaurants in the area.
Go to www.glutenfreeregistry.com and GFRAP's website. You can just enter the area and you'll get a list.
http://ultimateglutenfree.com/ (this had a longer list for Cambridge)

Local Recommendations:

Reading:

Burton’s Grill
Average Joes’s might be near there
North Reading has a great place called Horseshoe Grill that has a GF menu (created with a member of the Healthy Villi-celiac support group). In Reading there is a great store called the natural food exchange (a must visit place).

Cambridge:

Rialto’s (for an upscale brunch)
Friendly Roast in Kendall Square Cambridge has GF pancakes
Zing Pizza,
Stonehearth Pizza,
The Elephant Walk (offers GF Sunday brunch),
Legal Seafoods,
Wagamama, Small Plates,
Om restuarant,
Harvard Square & more specifically…
Upstairs on the Square is accommodating. (mentioned by 2 people) http://www.upstairsonthesquare.com/about.html

Happy Eating!
Lisa
