What a fantastic response I received from so many of you.  Every single
email was positive!
Once we are past this holiday season, I'll start to seriously work on this
project.  My husband writes computer programs for a living, so he should be
very helpful-he also has celiac.
Once we get started, I'm sure I'll be asking all of you for
input/suggestions/help.
