I received two responses, Thank You, about AZ Groups.. The President of the Phoenix Area wrote me that they meet every first Wednesday of the month, and they have a Phoenix List-Serve. And a kind lady in Chandler, AZ wrote me about www.wholefoods.com.  Their store in Chandler, AZ has meetings, every 3rd Thurs, and there is a GF Cooking Class here, by LynnRae Ries, who is "awesome."
