My sister is a celiac. She is looking for a source of calcium because of
osteopenia. Therefore, I was inquiring about the gf status of Tums, Rolaids,
etc.
Thanks to all the people that responded. This has helped a great deal.

Most responses stated that;

Tums is gf

Sugar Free Tums are not gf

Caltrate Plus is a good medication for this situation

Sodium Free Rolaids is gf

Clad Thompson pocket guide confirms that Tums is gf

CSA|USA does not recommend Tums use, should not use for calcium supplement

Gastroenterologist recommends Tums as best & least expensive form of calcium

If anyone is interested in the specifics of these responses, I have saved
them.

Thanks again,

Ronnie
