Celimix, made by Nelson David of Canada in Winnipeg, Manitoba, cannot be
labelled "gluten-free" in Canada since it may contain up to 0.1% prolamins
(gliadin); however, the Canadian Celiac Association advises it members
that the Celimix Rice Bread Mix made by Nelson David is gluten-free.

Celimix Rice Bread Mix and Celimix are two different products.
Celimix Rice Bread Mix is made from rice while Celimix is made from wheat
starch.
