I've been respectfully wondering what difference it would make if they did
develop such a test. If gluten makes us sick, and if none of us would
return to eating it even if they did have a test that proved conclusively
that we were not celiacs, what difference would it make in our behavior? If
you're gonna look like a duck, run around with ducks, quack like a duck,
and eat like a duck, why not just accept that you're a duck and quit
wishing for something that ain't gonna be? :) -vance
