Hi-

I just called Gerhard's and Aidells- they make gourmet sauasges that look
delicious. Gerhard's (800-698-9879) said that all of their flavors are GF!

The smoked varities contain nitrates, if that is an issue for you. Aidell's
said that the following flavors are NOT GF- Thai, teryaki, lemon and curry.

Flavors that ARE GF include: pesto, apple, leeks and chives, tomato. Others
may be as well- these were the only ones she checked.
