<<Disclaimer: Verify this information before applying it to your situation.>>

A dietitian colleague of mine is writing a new edition of her book on
College Eating. It will have a section on students with special dietary
needs including celiac disease. She has asked me to find students who
would be willing to be interviewed about their experiences with living
in dorms and dealing with the food service or other arrangements that
were made. Please email me and I will send your contact info to her.
Feel free to share your experiences in the email and I could also post
them to the list serve for others to learn abouthow to handle this
situation. Thanks for your help.
Shelley
