WOW..what a response!!!! THANK You so much to all that responded and to all of the well wishes for my daughter!!!!  I soooo appreciate it!!!  I received well over 60 emails and am posting the most popular ones and also a link to a recipe for a vanilla one as 95% of the responses were for chocolate cake..probably because they tend to be more moist than the vanilla!!  
   
  I also received 2 emails, one from Bob's Red Mill and the other for Pamela's Products..and WOW..were they super nice and generous!!!!!

  Lastly:  We are going to decorate the cake ourselves as I had several people say we should not have the grocery store do it in case of cross contamination with the flying flour and stuff like that so my daughter and I are going to have fun doing it ourselves!!!
