Hi there!

I'm planning to go on a trip to Louisiana, USA, and I'd like to eat real
"Cajun" style food. I'm going to spend about 3-4 weeks in New Orleans and a
few weeks around and I'm actually looking for some good and safe gluten-free
restaurants. Also, restaurants offering a few meals which are gluten-free
would be very nice.

If I could have a few names, it would be very nice. With the address and the
phone number, it would be even better.
