Charlotte's NPR station, WFAE 90.7, will feature the gluten-free diet, celiac 
disease, and gluten-free baking on its local radio show Charlotte Talkson Oct. 
21 from 9 am to 10 am ET. The station is streamed live at

Guests of host Mike Collins will be Chef Peter Reinhart of Johnson & Wales 
University, nutritionist Pat Fogarty, and Nikki Everett, founder of the 
Charlotte Gluten-Free Expo and the Charlotte R.O.C.K. group. Chef Reinhart and 
Ms. Fogarty were speakers at the 2010 Charlotte Gluten-Free Expo and Chef 
Reinhart is preparing to release his 9th book, which will tackle gluten free 
baking.
