I sent the following inquiry to Uncle Dan's:

Can you tell me if Uncle Dan's Classic Ranch Salad Dressing Mix is free of
any traces of wheat, rye or barley gluten?  Thanks, Valerie Wells

This was their reply:

ALL OF OUR DRESSINGS ARE GLUTEN FREE.  IF I CAN BE ANY FURTHER ASSISTANCE
PLEASE LET ME KNOW.    DEBBIE       UNCLE DAN'S

------While Uncle Dan's classic ranch has other ingredients I'm not so wild
about, it's at least sugar free and it's another way my family can enjoy
kefir.  I make the Classic Ranch Dressing with kefir in place of buttermilk.
  It's good.
