I just did a little web search requesting "transient" NEAR "gluten
intolerance". I got 3 hits. One was the CSA website where I found the
info in the first place. The other two were very brief and nearly
identical descriptions of celiac sprue, gluten enteropathy, and transient
gluten intolerance which described the last as a "poorly understood"
condition that appears in children under the age of 2. Sorry, I didn't
keep the URLs.
