Do you have recipes that need converting to gluten-free?

Do you have gluten-free recipes that need converting
because you have additional dietary restrictions?

If you are attending the GIG Convention in Denver on
June 6-8, bring your recipes with you.  I will have a
booth in the vending are where I will be converting
recipes.

The dietary restrictions that may be converted include
