So its girl scout cookie time and that mean nothing to many of you celiacs
out there but I am the one non celiac in my family and so of course when
approached at work i bought some for myself. This time of year is
particuarly hard for my husband who is only 2 years being gluten free so he
still remembers and longs for them. I told him I had made a donation to
the girlscouts (he didnt buy that line for a second!!!) That why my cookies
are still here at work. :) well my point to all this is do any of you out
there have a recipe to make any of the girl scout cookies gluten free? As a
former girl scout for almost all of my youth I feel i cant stop buying them
as I remember what it was like to sell them but I would like to suprise the
hubby with hsi very own box of homemade gluten free samoas or thin mints!!!
thanks in advace,
Hillary
