A few weeks ago, I posted an old family recipe for sweet rolls and
asked everyone for help with the GF conversion - thanks to all of the
emails and comments on the post!  The main mistake was trying to get
GF dough to rise more than once - we fixed this and they turned out

Other tips for tweaking the sweet rolls included:
- lowering the amount of flour
- adding more liquid
- reducing salt
- increasing yeast
- adding vinegar as a dough conditioner
