Dear Listmates,

My 17 year old son is about to apply to college. He says he is feeling very
nervous
about the process and was wondering if there was an anti-anxiety remedy out
there to help him out during the next couple of months. He feels overwhelmed,
as he wants to go away to college and although it can be done, it is hard to
work with the dieticians at the colleges we are interested in and ask the
questions and evaluate the situations that will be right for him. He sees his
peers as getting so nervous about applying, getting in and then going to college
and then the gf thing as just an extra layer to overcome.

Any suggestions, other than St. Johns Wort, which I am not so sure is so
safe, before I start going to the health food store to look for something?
Everyone is my family is a celiac and our systems are so sensitive to everything
that I am reluctant to go to his doctor
to get a prescription anti-anxiety medication.

Thanks and I will summarize,

Jill
