Hello,
I've just read the mail about a gluten-free diet for children
from Valerie. It sounds very strange for me that it is dangerous
for children to avoid gluten.

We've the same problem as Valerie's daughter. We decided to put our
7 month old daughter on a gluten free diet because my wife is
gluten-intolerant. But now we are a little bit confused. Are there any
experiences which age is the best for a child to start with a gluten
diet and to test if the child has inherit the gluten-intolerance?
