Hi everyone

https://www.glutenfreewatchdog.org/  Michael Pollan has been widely quoted in the press of late including this quote from the Huffington Post “[The] tradition of fermenting flour with sourdough breaks down the peptides in gluten that give people trouble,” he said.“Anecdotally, I’ve heard from lots of people that when they eat properly fermented bread, they can tolerate it.”

To help nip in the bud the notion that sourdough wheat bread is somehow okay for folks with gluten-related disorders I've publicly posted the test results for two sourdough wheat breads on Gluten Free Watchdog. Please see the link at the beginning of this post. The product reports are under sample reports on the left hand side of the page.
