group and for anyone who is close enough to attend this groups meetings

The message from 2002 is still accurate except for 2 changes.
The chairperson is now Becky Hess [log in to unmask] or 540-662-0462
and meetings are now on 3rd Tuesday of every second month (October and
December for 2003.)
December's meeting will probably be our Christmas party, like previous
years.

I would be happy to answer any other questions if I can.
I was founding chairperson before Becky -- am now nutrition consultant to
group.
