Survey of Rice Consumption Patterns Among Individuals with Celiac Disease
Brian Jackson PhD (Dartmouth College) and Tricia Thompson MS RD (Gluten Free Watchdog LLC) are conducting a survey on the intake of rice and rice-based products among adults with celiac disease. The results of this survey will provide very important information regarding the implications of rice consumption for this population. 
If you are an adult age 18 years or older and have been diagnosed with celiac disease please take this brief survey.
