Dr. Koop, former surgeon general, now has his own internet site.  Today it
features "Children and Food Allergies".  Go to the DAILY HEALTH section with
Dr. Nancy Snyderman.  The address is:  http://www.drkoop.com/

It does mention wheat (they forgot a few other grains).   Maybe someone with
more knowledge of CD than myself can enlighten Dr. Snyderman about the other
grains.
