Happy Monday Everyone

http://tinyurl.com/32pl944 In light of the recent study on gluten contamination, the question has been raised as to whether naturally gluten-free grains and flours labeled organic but not gluten-free are likely, because of their organic status, to contain less than 20 parts per million of gluten. This information was originally included in our study but was taken out due to word limit considerations. I have included this data in a diet.com blog.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks

Tricia
