Big thank-you hugs to everyone who referred me to the B. Hagman
cookbooks. I bought one on Thursday night and spent most of the
long weekend baking. What fun! (Really!)

PIZZA CRUST--Not as good as it could/should have been. I tried to
make my own tapioca flour with a coffee grinder, so that's likely
the problem. We must use soy baby formula instead of powdered milk
because Evan's also allergic to milk. Perhaps it was the formula?

          BANANA BREAD--Awesome! Perfect. No concerns.

HOT CROSSED BUNS--Very good. Dough was difficult to mix with my
hand mixer, though. The dough was also stickier than it probably
should have been, likely because I used formula but didn't add
extra flour. The dough didn't form into buns, but "plopped" and
baked like muffins. So we had hot crossed muffins.

          MY QUESTIONS:

          - Am I right to believe I can make my own flour with a coffee
          grinder?
          - Can you share g-f, milk-free recipe tips with me?
          - Should I buy a dough mixer? Which one?

          ...Pam
