I spent some time this afternoon talking with Alex Plotkin,
one of the owners of Philly Swirl, a small novelty ice
cream company. He shared the company's commitment to
maintaining GF products. They are in the process of
getting everything 'in writing' from their suppliers. In
the near future, product boxes will state 'gluten-free'.

The company wants us to know THEY CARE about celiacs, and
are offering a coupon for a free box of Philly Swirl ice
cream.

To receive the coupon go to: www.phillyswirl.com
Provide the information, or call the toll-free number.

Non-GF companies willing to commit to maintaining a
gluten-free product are rare. Let's show Philly Swirl, our
commitment to them. Loyalty runs deep in the celiac
community. My family will be purchasing a lot of this
product in the months and years ahead.
