Hi Claudio,

my wife is baking the following mais bread in a bread machine:
1. 320 g warm water
2. 220 g mais flour
3. 50 g corn starch
4. 5 g  arrowroot
5. 30 g dry sour dough
6. 1/2 tea spoon full of salt
7. 1 tea spoon full of dry yeast
