The matter of buckwheat came up recently, and one poster noted that Canadian
buckwheat is safe. As I did not keep the message, I cannot follow up
privately, so will have to ask the list.

I am not sure what buckwheat actually is, and if and why it is safe.

If it is O.K., I should like to know how to cook and eat it.

thank you!

p.s GLUTAMINE: to save sending a separate posting, and clogging the system, is
there a synthetic form of glutamine that can be purchased?
